Return & Refund Policy

Overview

Once delivered, orders are final. Products cannot be returned or refunded after delivery, though cancellations are permitted before shipment — see our Cancellation Policy for details.

No Returns on Delivered Orders

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests for delivered products, regardless of whether the packaging has been opened. This applies universally unless a written exception is provided at the point of purchase.

Pre-Delivery Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only before shipping occurs. Once an order has shipped, cancellation and return options are no longer available.

Warranty Coverage

Manufacturing defects are handled separately through our limited hardware warranty, which covers the stated warranty period. Valid warranty claims result in repair or replacement rather than a refund.
